Spoštovane stranke in partnerji,
v luči prizadevanj za zajezitev širjenja novega Koronavirusa (SARS-CoV-2) vas obveščamo, da bodo poslovni prostori A.B.S. Factoring d.o.o. na Dimičevi 16 v Ljubljani od vključno ponedeljka 16.3.2020 ZAPRTI za vse zunanje obiskovalce (tudi stranke).
Želimo poudariti, da bomo naše storitve še naprej zagotavljali nemoteno, le obiski v naših pisarnah do preklica ne bodo mogoči.
Zaradi navedenega naprošamo vse stranke, ki so nam dokumentacijo doslej prinašali osebno ali so jo pošiljali po klasični pošti, da dokumente od ponedeljka dalje pošiljajo svojemu skrbniku predvsem v elektronski obliki (skenirane ali fotografirane) na njegov (skrbnikov) e-naslov ali izjemoma po pošti, predvsem pogodbena dokumentacija.
Prav tako spremenjena politika velja za vse (tudi že dogovorjene) sestanke, ki bodo do nadaljnjega potekali le preko (video) konferenčnih klicev oz. običajnih telefonskih klicev. O sami izvedbi le-teh vas bodo obvestili skrbniki in vam posredovali tudi vsa potrebna navodila.
Za vsa dodatna vprašanja se prav tako lahko obrnete na svojega skrbnika, ki vam bo z veseljem odgovoril na vaša vprašanja.
Navkljub negotovim gospodarskim razmeram pričakujemo, da bodo plačila dolžnikov redna. Če imate potrebo po večji likvidnosti in 100 % zavarovanju terjatev, nas prosim čim prej kontaktirajte. Z veseljem se bomo z vami pogovorili o možnostih sodelovanja kot z novo stranko Skupine A.B.S.
Verjamemo, da boste naše preventivne ukrepe sprejeli z razumevanjem. Naš cilj je namreč le, da vsem strankam in partnerjem kljub zaostreni javno-zdravstveni situaciji še naprej zagotavljamo visok nivo storitev. O vseh morebitnih nadaljnjih korakih oz. o preklicu ukrepa vas bomo sproti obveščali.

Dear clients and partners,
In the light of efforts to curb the spread of the new Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), we would like to inform you that office of A.B.S. Factoring d.o.o. at Dimičeva 16, Ljubljana is CLOSED for all the external visitors (including clients) from Monday, March 16th, 2020.
We would like to emphasize, that we will continue to provide our services seamlessly. The only thing that changes is the visits to our offices, which will not be possible until further notice.
For this reason, we kindly ask all our clients who have previously provided the documentation to us personally, or who have sent it through the post office, to send the documentation from their e-mails (scanned or photographed) to their client manager’s e-mail, effecting immediately. Part of the documentation, mostly contractual documents, still have to be received in originals.
The revised policy also applies to all (including pre-arranged) meetings which will continue only through (video) conference calls or phone calls. The client managers themselves will inform you about the implementation of these and provide you with all the necessary instructions.
You can also contact your client manager for any additional questions that you may have and they will gladly advise you.
Despite all the challenges, we expect that payments from the domestic and foreign buyers will be done regularly, without major delays. If you will pay with larger delays (up to 10 days) or you need additional liquidity with 100 % credit cover, please contact us priorly. We will be glad to check the potential for factoring with you, as our new client of A.B.S. Group.
We believe that you will take our preventative measures with understanding. Our goal is to continuously provide up-to-date and high-quality services to all clients and partners despite the difficult public health situation. We will keep you updated on all further steps as well as on the cancellation of the measures in the future.
